Shipping and Returns Policy at Nadham Music Store

It takes 3 to 5 days for the parcel to reach an addressee in USA by UPS / FedEx / WorldNet Express [DHL], about 7 to 15 days by Speed Post and about 15 to 45 days by Air Mail Registered Post.

We value you as a customer and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each of your purchases with us. For that reason, you are requested to inspect all the items thoroughly on the receipt of our shipment. If any damage is noticed, please notify us through Email or Phone within 48 hours of receipt. This is very important! We will begin the process to have the item returned to us within 5 days of notification. Damaged item presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the item when you are returning. See condition of returns below.

If the contents of the package is not what you ordered, if the return was due to an error of ours (i.e., we accidentally sent the wrong item), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product. See condition of returns below.

Condition of Returns:
Please Email and let us know if you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the Invoice Number included with your order. For the undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in good [re-stock able] condition. We reserve the right to apply up to our replacement cost of the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing. Please Pack Properly!

For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damages.

Return Policy
Please note that Return Policy is strictly applicable only for shipments made within India. We do not accept any returns from outside India due to import formalities in India. However, we would compensate the overseas buyers for any damaged items on a mutual agreement basis.
